Waited a long, long time to make the transition to flat panel. This TV was well worth the wait! I bought a separate HTIB 7.1 sound system to go with it, so I did not rate the sound quality of the TV itself.

The setup & config wasn't too hard. Internet connection was easy. The HD picture is great. I use a home theater, so can't comment on the audio quality. It does run hot, you can feel the heat coming off it as you walk by.
